I thought could talk our way into faster refunds, but IIBS strictly follows AICTE guidelines. Fair? Absolutely. Fast-track? Not quite....

You can’t say, “I didn’t get my money.” IIBS ensures everything is properly documented and processed according to the rules....

I'm Gogulnath K, I'm from Chennai (Tamilnadu) and i secured my admission on IIBS Bangalore ( airport campuss ) and also paid the initial registration fees as on 30.03.2024. But due to some family I can't able to travel to Bangalore for studies so i opt to study in my hometown itself hence cancelling my admission from IIBS Bangalore on 17th April 2024. I also mailed them formally about the cancellation...

I had made a payment of ₹50000 on 7th March To International institute of business studies (IIBS) for my admission in pgdm program. On 30th March I have marked them the mail to cancel my admission because my financial issue, I want to take one year drop.
I don't want to take pressure of education loan in this difficult situation.
I send 4 times mail to IIBS admission department but yet not responding.my money is not yet refunded.
It's been more than month and everytime I call them they say that money cannot be refunded by the government body.
Please look into the matter and I need my money as soon as possible
I need to help my father in this difficult situation..

I am Rathod Venkatesh From Adilabad Telangana. I have took admission in IIBS on[protected] and paid an amount of 25000/-. Later they asked me to pay some hostel fees before reaching the campus, so I have paid 25000/- on[protected]. which is nearly after 1 month. After some days due to some financial issue, I asked the admission counsellor to cancel my admission and asked for refund on[protected]. She said me to mail to [protected]@iibsonline.com, and I have mailed nearly 10 - 15 times till date but no reply from them. Since two months I am asking admission counsellor, She is just manipulating me that we will make the refund in 2 days like that...

I Will wait only for 3 Days till that if they refund my amount I will file a complaint in consumer forum.

Y name is Yaipha Thounaojam. I have taken admission in IIBS, Bangalore in April and my application id is IIBS/PGDM/23/11477 . As i have some issue and some financial condition has been there at home. So i have requested the admission cell to process my refund process of Rs 50000. And still it has been 1 and half month that my refund has not been processed.
As per AICTE norms, it is mandatory to refund the said registration amount before the session.
So kindly look into matter and resolve it as soon as possible .

Not getting refund

Hello sir I'm pooja from Bangalore i was join iibs airport campus in 2020 for MBA but because of some personal issues i could continue my education so i asked my college people to refund my money and cancel admission yet they hve not done and everytime they will check and let you know and it as been 1 and half year yet they didn't refunded please do the needful

I took admission in this college I also paid 2.50L fee of that College but after a month my father is Hospitalised so I applied for refund my college fee to pay hospital charges but there is no any single facility is going any answer THIS COLLEGE IS Fraud COLLEGE in India so please don't make any addmission in this college
They are not pickuping any calls Mr Amerjeet is having big role in this he revolving every time and makes false promises this college is only want money
I also maild on iibs online mail id but they are also not giving any replies
This college is harassed me and my family

It all started when they changed permanently their campus From RT Nagar to Airport campus. When it is in RT Nagar My brother joined the college, due to covid lockdown we are unable to came physically and we have been told the campus will be at RT Nagar as well as Airport campus.

But later just 1 month from joining of college they shifted permanently to Airport campus. As we are facing some financial problems we made arrangement near RT Nagar Free community hostel. But when they shifted to there it will be too long to go there, so we asked for Transfer certificate so that my brother will be taking admisson in the city itself.

Then counsellor after hearing us, told IIBS is conducting free Hostel for few people and shared a certificate which is stamped saying my bother is eligible under it. So, we continued ther.

Later on they started asking for fees and when we asked counsellor she told that the CSR activity is at high level and only director knows about it.
She told us not to inform others.

But later on they started asking for fees and when we asked counsellor she told she will tell them. They stopped asking for few days and again they started. Later on, she told us to reply that will pay shortly and once she told us to write letter that we will pay the fees soon.

So we got doubt and talked directly with principle, he told these are fake and they are not providing those kind. Even the counsellor agreed with principle and Director that she only provided and that has provided by some higher management.

Now instead of asking her about these issue they are saying us to vacate the hosted and pay the hostel amount.

Even now counsellor is employed now. But she deleted few whatsapp chat. But we have call recordings and the certificate we got from them.

Please kindly help us asap as they are forcing us to vacate and pay fees.

I have paid registration of rupees 10000 to IIBS BANGALORE DUE TO CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES IN MY FAMILY I WANT TO CANCEL THE ADMISSION PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY

I have registered for the MBA[protected] in the month of January 2020 and paid a sum of Rs. 1, 00, 000. It was promised to be refundable in case of cancelation. In the month of February I canceled from doing MBA and I informed the department, after which its been 1 year and they are yet to refund my money.

I have got admission in MBA in 2015 under University of Mysore roll no.s15.i have paid 50000INR. But due to some circumstances I had dropped out after a month and I didn't paid for even 1st semester exam fee.later I asked for my academic certificates for that they asked me to study next academic year on wards ..but I couldn't able to study further anymore...how to get my academic certificates back.. I'm not understanding and they are not telling any solution also regarding about that..I don't want any refund .. butI need my certificates back..so please help me

Hello mam/sir, my self master anosh saraf, on 2019 i have given the registration amount 1 lakh rupee to the college. At that time the department said if you will cancel the seat the amount will be refunded. But unfortunately i have to cancel it, but till now not a single rupees is refunded. I visited college also but they are just giving excuses and not understanding. No one is responding to it. Please help me to get back my money.

I have inform to the iibs noida regarding the trailing email of cancelation of mba/pdgm programme18-19 on dated 10.04.2018.

I have also spoke to college dean /madam sandhya of iibs noida but not get positive response or no any information.
