I have paid admission fee 103017.70 for my Daughter (TA Sree Dhanya) admission in FIITJEE school Chennai Vengambakkam campus. After fee payment done they have asked self declaration to put my daughter in CBSE syllabus based on the JEE coaching performance. I didn't signed the self declaration and asked for refund. still they are not giving the refund to my account.

I kindly request to check with them to provide the refund amount.

At the time of admission for student batch KSFYW237A03, the FIITJEE authority said that the time schedule will be in morning for this weekend batch. But this batch is running at 12pm-5:45pm on Saturday and 9am-1:25pm at Sunday. The time which has been scheduled for Saturday is requested for rescheduling at 9am morning. As the students who come from far away have been facing problems to reach at their respective study centres as well as to return from there because, both the times they have to face typical traffic jam of Kolkata and have to loss nearly 4 hours more in journey time. Which is discouraging the students to come and attend their classes in their respective centres as well as, for the entire day they are getting tired and exhausted. And therefore it is very hard for them to attend their morning classes, the very next day. This hectic situation is also highly responsible for hampering their self-study.
Therefore I request the authority to shift the Saturday class timing at morning or, reduce the number of classes on Saturday and make it up on Sunday at the usual time i.e, from 9am onwards. This way, the students won't have to face the hectic traffic jam of Kolkata at the time of returning home from their centres and lots of their precious time and energy will be saved, which would lead to their improvement in their academic results.
The first option is more beneficial for the students. Therefore please reconsider the first option i.e., shifting the Saturday class timing of KSFYW237A03 batch from 9am onwards, for the benifit of students' health and study.
It is highly requested to take immediate action on this problem.
Looking forward to the authority's further taken actions on this problem.

This is Prayas Priyadarshi of Class 11 of regular batch of Fiitjee Cuttack Centre. This is to bring to your notice that our 3rd phase started late as on 10March 2023 & got completed in a month by 10th April 2023. It was just for the name sake they completed the course & we were not given sufficient papers to practice. Previously as a regular batch we used to have classes 3days a week but in order to complete the course we are having classes 5days a week since the last month. Due to which I as a student am not able to give proper time to my school studies. I have also informed about this to the AO of Cuttack centre but his reply was unsatisfactory. I am much worried about my career if thr same continues. We are having phase 3 test in a few days & I haven't understood all these well. Kindly help.

I have enrolled my daughter for fiitjee 2 year online live classroom program.late evening batch..admission was done in December...All students of her batch has started their coaching at other organisation's like Allen and Akash but we trusted fiitjee more than others.but now it is really troublesome to find that they have delayed their session commencement date to 18 April and then too first week no studies.interaction etc..it's really pathetic. I am in touch with 5, 6 other parents also..All are feeling restless to find such a delay.
Last year also fiitjee online delayed its session and classes were extended till start of board exam and we have to stop our kids from attending fiitjee classes.. kindly look into the matter.Nobody is happy with this delay

Hi my kid is in one of the fiitjee classroom program and he is in the hostel. You asked as to buy an ipad as part of the academic requirements and you said the ipad is secure and the kid would never miss use it. My kid has been in the center for 1 year now and his performance in the exam never improved. Everytime he comes home we find him playing in the iPad that fiitjee promised is secure for kids to use. His academic performance will never improve if he is playing in the ipad. Here at home we are there to monitor and there nobody to monitor and he is just going to play with it over and over. It’s just waste of money to enrol the kid there because we pay a lot of money so that he could play in the iPad without restriction that’s all. Your promise of personalized care and all is useless at this point

The Chemistry Factulty Of Indore Branch of Organic Chemistry Needs To Be Changed asap. She is teaching Many Concepts Wrong and more than 25 percent of syllabus is left uncovered. Whenever we have doubt in a question and we go to her She says opposite to what she taught in class.
She Usually Comes 10 Min Late Even When She is in the building and we complained it too but nothing happened
Please see into the matter as soon as possible I know it is end of session but some course is still left so it will be like "Something is better than nothing"

I am writing this letter to express my concern for the study of my son Shreyash Ranjan Thakur in your institute Batch No. SANKALP2224WA5. He wants to stop attending fiitjee classes as he is not satisfied with the teaching system of your institute. Regarding this, I have emailed you but you haven't been so kind in offering a refund. Due to this I request you to pay me back the paid amount. I have already given more than half of the fee for 2 years course in FIITJEE of around Rs. 255000/- (may vary a little). I am not satisfied by the opaque method your institute follow. FIITJEE did boost the performance of the student. Now, my son do not want to attend his further classes. Somehow he is not comfortable with the classes and is not satisfied. He told me that once a concept is taught and if a child is unable to understand, they never bother to reteach the concepts. They never take care of weaker students and blame all of it on the student for being less intelligent. The time for solving their doubts is very less. Apart from this he had many more problems and now he do not want to waste his further time and want to leave the institute as his most of the time got wasted. I found FIITJEE to be a deterrent to his school studies also as his school marks is getting low. I am unable to understand what is the Educational and Professional criteria of your faculty. If they are well educated, why they are not able to understand their students needs and make them comfortable the way they teach. While paying over Rs. 250000/- I thought fiitjee classes will improve his knowledge but there is no improvement in his studies. The matter is not of money. Its of credibility and reliability. I have completely lost all satisfaction in fiitjee. Therefore you are requested to please refund my hard earned money ASAP. Even after several follow-ups, my son did not receive FTRE scholarship. It's nearly 2 years.

My son is in FIITJEE Miyapur.

Myself fiitjee Varanasi student...
I am very disappointed with Fitjee Varansi bcoz of its lackness in place for self study..
Before Varanasi centre owned 3 floors ..
But now it just have one, which is very insufficient for classes and self study centre...

And I also have complaint regarding doubt faculty of fiitjee..
In varansi centre we have only the teaching faculty and No doubt faculty..
When the teaching faculty is free, which occurs very rarely, then only a student can ask doubt
So overall we don't have any special doubt clearing option for us..

I humbly request You to look into the matter and provide the need...
For an aspirant these are the very important matters ..
Please provide the solution as early as possible..

My Son got enrolled for one year program with enrollment no as[protected] ar FIITJEE east delhi branch in the month May 2022. We had paid the registration amount thru Online payment on 30th April even before the actual admission done to block the seat as 30th April was the last day of admission and we were outstation. On the day of actual admission ( 1st week of May 2022) we submitted all required documents along with 6 PDCs. My son attended 2 induction classes prior to actual class which was to commenve from 19th May 2022. But before 19th May we realized that due to some unavoidable circumstances my son would not be able to continue with the Classes. Therefore we approached the Academic Operations Manager of Fiitjee east delhi branch, Mr. Abhishek Mishra and explained him the reason for not able to join classes from 19th May and would like yo withdraw yhe admission. He asked us to write an application and send it on the email id he shared and assured us to get the amount refunded.
We wrote an application with the reason and forwarded. We kept on chasing and still chasing on th mails and had several phone calls with him for the reply/ refund. Initially he replied to my mails and phone calls saying that he is working towards my application and that it not complete he will get atleast some percentage of amount refunded. Now he has even stopped picking our calls and not answering the mails. On Mr. Abhishek's instruction we approached our bank and got the stop payment activated for all the PDCs submitted but there is no revert from him regarding amount which we paid as admission amount. This is how FIITJEE east delhi branch is fooling. We have paid them for the classes which my son did not attend even once but still we are fitting to get our amount back.
Looking forward to get justification here.🙏

I am very disappointed with Fiitjee. I came on 20th November recruitment process. In HR round, HR asked me that if we 8 lac package you will agree or not I said yes. After that HR said to me that I selected to you but I will send offer letter till mid of December. I call today for it. He said to me your profile is rejected. It's very wrong behaviour in interview. Please don't give confirmation if you are not sure. I was waiting for offer letter. I lost other opportunities because of HR' words. I will never recommend to join Fiitjee as faculty.

I am a schooling student and studying in Fiitjee Bokaro, time table is not fixed at all even it keeps classes from 9 am in the morning and even on saturays and sundays even we are not in weekend batch Maths faculties at the centre are worse and substitution teacher come regularly. Kindly fix the time table its a humble request.

As per GO 46 issued by Government of Telangana, only Tution Fee shall be charged on monthly basis. Hon'ble High Court also directed the same thing which was published on 01.04.2021.
However the institutions had demanded for entire fee including "Admission Fee of₹120000 and Board exam fee of ₹30000 in addition to Tution Fee of ₹3 lakh for Intermediate Course for the academy year[protected] In violation of the directives.
The Institute stated that the directive was not applicable as the Institute is not an educational but Coaching Institute.
It's incorrect as FIITJEE JR COLLEGE Kukatplly (Miyapur Br) is running an educational institute with 2 year intermediate course and collecting huge fee in a range between ₹4.50 lakh and 6.0 lakh.

I left the class early since I had fever . I came to the reception to sit there while my parents come to pick me up. As I entered the reception area, there was no one there for first few minutes I had to look here and there. Then a guard came and I told him that I had fever. He instructed me to sit on the chair. I couldn’t sit on the chair as my whole body was aching, I was heating up. So I moved towards the sofa to sit there since it was more comfortable. The guard again told me not to sit on the sofa as it is for teachers and he said this as if I’m an peon. He did not say this with respect. I had to sit on the chair for half an hour. It was highly inappropriate thing. I thought FIITJEE institute respects their students, but it seems like they don’t. I have been to the reception earlier I have never heard bout this rule that only teachers sit on sofa.

Is there any rule of this kind? That’s not how it works. As a student I expect some kind of respect to be given to us. We paid money for studying and not for getting instructed disrespectfully by anyone.

My son who is presently studying in class 9th enrolled in a 2-year study program of FIITJEE and he attended its classes for the 1st three months.
But due to his medical condition, we were bound to discontinue the 2-year study program for his well-being.
So, I requested the FIITJEE management to return my advanced fees which we deposited at the time of admission.
But they denied it and are not responding to my emails and phone calls.
Mr. Ashwani Sir ( FIITJEE faculty ) just says that I have forwarded your case to the management but there is no response from the management.
My son was not able to cope with the pressure of FIITJEE classes and felt unfit. His behavior was like a depressed child.
As advised by a Psychologist, he was going through studies anxiety.
So for the sake of his regular studies and well-being, we had to discontinue the program.
I request FIITJEE to please refund the study program fees for the period of 21months left for which my son will not be able to attend the course on medical grounds.
FIITJEE as a responsible organization should keep the health of the student on the top priority and if the student is not being able to cope with the study program shall be allowed to leave the program with a full refund for the balance period of his study program.
As parents, it is our hard-earned money and it should be returned as soon as possible.
Waiting for justice and having full faith in the Indian judiciary system.

I have attended the fitjee entrance exam for 1000 rupess (2 exams). Now they are saying the course is not available. I wanted the refund

Today 27th may 2022, I went to Vijayawada @fiitjee campus to known the details of class 9 fee structure and I felt little bit outrage at one of the administrative panel members because he doesn't know how to talk with students' parents. As a administrative panel member, he need more patience to deal with parents and what I noticed is he doesn't have that patience. I really very much disappointed at his behaviour. Big and prestigious institutions like @fiitjee will also get bad name because of this kind of people. I am requesting @fiitjee institutions to employ better employees to manage this kind of job role.
