Sir, this complaint for the fiitjee enrollment#[protected].

Due to medical condition our kid is unable to continue fiitjee. We submitted all the medical records to the authorised person @ fiitjee, and have requested for refund on a pro-rated basis. However there is no response from fiitjee. We have paid around 1 lakh nov 2019. And june 1 st 2020 on wards we discontinued fiitjee.

I quit fitjee but this samsung galaxy tab a is of no use for me
I want to use my tab as normal tab
But this tab is showing only fitjee contents
Pls help
I bought this tab of 30000rs

Fiitjee is very bad as they contain a policy which has taken admission test and it and they give admission the students who scored not well in exams and after that joined institution they facing very problems and sometimes they want their refund but fitjee is not giving refund we want our funds. And teachers are very strict and also poke fun if student does not know something

I got 100percent waiver in big bang edge test but i am in batch esankalpP022ap8 south delhi panini Shubham pandey EN[protected], my friends got 90 percent but are in ap3 we are friends from 2 class and I other my 2 friend's of ap3 studies at night, we find it difficult to study together due to change in teacher and completeion of syllabus, this decreased my marks in phase 1 i contact mr pankaj[protected] and vivek[protected] but they blocked me??what it shows about ur institute .u think us as financial advisers not taking care of bright students, i requested both of them for 3 days my eyes filled with tears but they blocked me, i guarantee my marks will increase if i am in esankalpP022ap3 and i deserve it but no care about students urs rigours staffs are silent killers for one future, i think u are understanding my problem if not i cant explain bcz i am shocked that i admission in fiitjee without knowing its staffs, A single help from ur side can bright my future .

My mail dated 27th may to fiitjee dwarka about the withdrawl of my ward anshul sharma from the institute. The child has not attended anything after december 2019 and we have been trying to convince. However the study patterns is of no help and is hampering his school. He discontinued going, we requested to change the batch and the institute said not possible.

Hi fiitjee dwarka team,

This is to formally document my concern of my ward anshul sharma, student of class xii currently for whom i had persuaded the fiijee weekend classes under 2 years program.

He has been constantly showing his apprehensions in attending the weekend classes since nov-dec 2019 with regards to the batch he was accommodated in. We had requested for a change at the reception and were clearly denied due to the classes students were fitted in already.

Enclosing scanned copies of cheques i had paid totalling to about inr rs.4 lakhs for the 2 year program and the child had hardly attended the classes until dec 2019.

Requesting your urgent attention to the fee refund of whatever possible amounts that can be paid back to me. We are salaried class people who had kept few savings for the bright future of our child and i had invested this saved amount on him considering his enhancements in the career directions ahead. However, to the most disappointment, every weekend class has been a challenge.

As verbally confirmed with ankit & mr. Madan, i will come in person with the tab once the lockdown is over and will get the configuration of fiitjee removed from the tab to ensure it can be further used by my younger son as the tab also costed me approx. Inr rs.34, 000/-.

Kindly acknowledge receipt of the mail and request you to guide me to the fee refund process to the best of the way possible.

I am writing this letter to express my concern for the study of my son abhishek anand student of fiitjee batch no (Csty921c01). The batch was started on 18th june and he discontinued in december (2019). As he was not satisfied with the teaching system of the institute. Regarding this i have complaint so many times but got no response. However, i regret to inform that i am getting highly frustrated with this attitude. I have already given full fee for 2 years course in fiitjee. I am not satisfied by the opaque method of the institute. My son does not want to attend his further class. I found fiitjee to be a deterrent to his school studies also as his school marks was getting low day by day. I am unable to understand what are the educational and professional criteria of the faculty. If they are well educated why they are not able understand their student needs and make them comfortable what they teach. While paying high amount i thought fiitjee class will improve his knowledge but there is no improvement. I have completely lost all my satisfaction from fiitjee. Therefore fiitjee is requested to please refund my hard earned asap. I have high hope and expectancy from institute that it will help in taking some strict action and will make my immediate refund of my money.
Please refund the fees of class 12th including [books price and gmp price =rs15400, infrastructure fee =rs17400, tuition fee =rs33100, examination fee =rs2500, fee for online test series =rs17700, admission fee and demand draft fee =rs81300]

My son, who is in 10th standard, has enrolled for 2-year course at fiitjee saifabad secunderabad center and is currently in the second year of this program. As part of this course, we paid additional rs.35k+ for purchase of a samsung tab for remote study/tests and they have locked the tab to disable most of the features so that the student can focus on only those apps that are relevant for his coaching at fiitjee. However, in view of the ongoing covid situation when the regular school classes are also online now, for the last 2 months, we have been requesting fiitjee to unlock the device so that we don't have to buy a new laptop/tab just for school studies which would cause further financial hardship to me in these difficult times. But to our disappointment and frustration, fiitjee has refused to unlock the device causing financial and mental stress to us. Any advice on the available legal remedies will be appreciated.

We have not received fiitjee phase package while many children have got package. Also fiitjee centre is not giving any appropriate answer. Also the online classes are inefficient as teacher doesn't respond to the message. Please find asolution as soon as possible. Moreover we are not getting the facility according the fees paid.

Sir ...i request you to stop online class and start recordimg class by sendind 2 or 3 videos(recorded) alternate days

I am very poor person 3 lakh mi karja le ke admission karwaya or mera bancha bolta hai last me jaldi jaldi uper uper padha diya kuch samajh me nhi aaya

My daughter joined fiit jee this year for a 2 year classroom program. After her first phase, she realized the teaching was not good enough. Now she wants to discontinue with the program but the institute is not ready to refund the fees. Under the consumer protection act, 1986, i stand up against this institute and ask for my rights, and get back my hard earned money asap!!!

Myself bharat advani, father of saurabh advani enroll no.[protected] who is studying in feetjii. He got enrolled in std 10 in jan18. We were made to give advance cheques till std 12. At present he is in std.11. The authorities took advance payment for 11 and 12 std. As now we wish to discontinue from std 11. As he is not going since july19. Because we are not satisfied with the pattern of teaching staff.

I hereby request to authorities of refund our fees of std.11 and remaining advance cheques. I request you look into this matters as soon as possible.

Sir my name is vasu, my son sri v. S. Rahul is studying inter 1st year at vijayawada fiitjtt international campus. I am working as senior accountant at office of the director of health, andhra pradesh, vijayawada. Recently 10 days back i was received a message from the fiitjee vijayawada office that to pay d. D. For an amount of rs. 15, 000/- along with some documents in original and one copy of xerox and if any doubts to contract mrs. Hima bindu. I was tried to call hima bindu for last four days and she did not replied.in the message the last date for submission of the d. D. And documents is 15.07.2019. I was send my d. D. And documents with my children on 15.07.2019. But the staff at international campus were not received the d. D. And documents duly stating that to submit the same at another campus i. E. At midcity hotel. Later i was asked the same to the principal at midcity branch vijayawada and sri trinadh and dharma garu duly requesting to issue instructions to the staff at international campus to receive the same from my children. But they did not received the same even after repeated phones from me and returned.
In this regard i would like to bring to your kind notice that mrs. Hima bindu was not lifted phone and i was asked the same to mr. Dharma and he was ridiculously answered and commented me by phone.
Further i bring to your kind notice that being stydying our children at your institution it is not possible to visit your college for submission of documents by applying casual leave every time sir.
Further i bring to your kind notice that the physics lecturer was on leave for the last 10 days and weekly and other exams were conducting to the students with out lecturer in physics.
Further the office staff of fiitjee are not lifting phone and not furnishing the information pleasantly.

My son took admission in fiitjee for preparation of jee and advanced jee for engineering for 2 years course of 2018 – 2020 against registration no :[protected] and enrollment n o :[protected]. He attended classes for 2- 3 months. But quality of education was so poor that he could not understood anything in coaching classes and started loosing focus in studies. Before joining this course in fiitjee he had passed class x thru cbse with excellent passing marks of 93.4%. But after attending fiitjee coaching he became harassed and so frustrated that he could not focus on his studies and hence his study performance dropped in class xi... He scored only 70%. This clearly indicates poor quality of studies being imparted by fiitjee. Hence my son had already stopped attending school because of poor studies at fiitjee. I personally went and met faridabad fiitjee sector 15a incharge mr pawan to get my refund back. But he simply refused stating that if you want get refund please proceed for legal action. I am a middle class man who has spent around rs 2.6 lacs of money thinking that my son would get good education from fiitjee and hence qualify jee exams but i am highly disappointed and feeling cheated that fiitjee is now not returning my hard earned money back. My request to nch is that please help me in recovering my hard earned money of rs2.6lacs from fiitjee so that i can spend that money in developing my child future. Also strict action must be taken against such private institutes who are sucking blood of middle class indians in the name of education. They have become education mafia and are stigma to national education system.

My daughter is studying in class 11. She has joined fiitjee kolkata centre for two years integrated course. But after attending six classes only she could not understand the problems in maths. When she asked her maths teacher that she could not understand the problem his answer was that it has not enough time to solve the doubts because he has to finish the syllabus in time. We are very upset to know that fiitjee does not provide good faculty. My daughter's maths teacher does not concern about the students. He doesn't bother whether the students understand the problems or not but he has to finish the syllabus in time and it is his only motto. The good teachers left fiitjee as they don't get their salary in time.in this environment how my daughter fulfills her dream. The only option is that my daughter has to quit fiitjee. We can not play with our child's future. After paying such a huge amount as fees, the outcome is very poor.

My son has studied at fiitjee, hyderabad and now completed his b. Tech. From iit, hyderabad. There seems to be no end for disrespect from mr. Dara ramesh this time too.

I have tried calling mr. Dara ramesh (I guess he is from adm./ accounts) wrt the final reward which my son needs to receive, as he has completed his b. Tech. From iit, hyd.

This is the second time i have an issue with this person as he doesn't even reply to my calls, sms or whatsapp messages.

I feel that since i had raised a complaint against him for not receiving any reply and the reward for a long time last time i think that he is taking a revenge and do not like to reply to me.

I am not here to get the reward with disrespect but i feel that it is a proud moment for my son who deserves to receive the reward from fiitjee and people like mr. Ramesh seems to deny such rewards and i guess he feels that he is paying that amount from his pocket.

In case fiitjee is not able to pay the amount i am fine with it but disrespecting the parents/ students thinking that we live on that amount only seems to be like ill-treating and harassing us.

I feel that i am not only the parent who has raised complaints against mr. Ramesh as i am sure there are many other parents who feel the same way against mr. Ramesh but i am not sure as to why he is trying to disrespect and ill-treat parents/ students and no action is being initiated against him.

With due respect once again i wish to say that even if the amount is not rewarded to my son it is ok but please ensure that people like mr. Ramesh don't disrespect and ill-treat the parents/ students as i may have to report this may be with the human rights commission for this kind of attitude and treatment that we are given by mr. Ramesh.

They are forcing me to move the room which are not even capable for two person. They have already given my room to someone else and now forcing me to move with those whom i don't want to share room. And the rooms which we want they are not giving us. When we came here the previous year they promised us to give the desirable rooms but they lied to us. How can we trust on fiitjee and the hostels? Hostels just loot the innocent students and their parents work hard to pay the huge amount of money expecting that their child would get good hygienic food better facilities. But the hostel owners are just blind for the money they only want money they don't even care about our facilities. Even fiitjee don't suspend these hostels because they get bribe from them. The person holding the power is one who is responsible. I can write many things but the thing is the problem can never be solved and never be thought of.

All of a sudden maths teacher has been disappeared and a temporary teacher is managing the classes. When ever asked for qualified expertise they are just giving excuses from the last six months. How long will the students suffer as they have to appear for boards and entrance exams. For fees you'll want the whole amount for three years at one time but unable to provide qualified faculty. So kindly help me out for my son's career which you'll have laid in between. Paying for brand was not worth for me if you are unable to provide the quality which was at the admission time. Kindly find a solution as fast as possible.
