We have not received fiitjee phase package while many children have got package. Also fiitjee centre is not giving any appropriate answer. Also the online classes are inefficient as teacher doesn't respond to the message. Please find asolution as soon as possible. Moreover we are not getting the facility according the fees paid....

Sir ...i request you to stop online class and start recordimg class by sendind 2 or 3 videos(recorded) alternate days

I bought a samsung galaxy tab a (2018, 10.5) from fiitjee. I decided not to join fiitjee and now i am stuck with this tablet i paid rs.30, 000 for. It is a normal tablet but has been locked by fiitjee to run only their software. I want to reset it so i can use it for other uses and remove fiitjee software but they have installed software on it to prevent factory reset....

I am student of class 7 but from starting they start from class 9 book..
Why?...

My daughter joined fiit jee this year for a 2 year classroom program. After her first phase, she realized the teaching was not good enough. Now she wants to discontinue with the program but the institute is not ready to refund the fees. Under the consumer protection act, 1986, i stand up against this institute and ask for my rights, and get back my hard earned money asap!!!...

Myself bharat advani, father of saurabh advani enroll no.[protected] who is studying in feetjii. He got enrolled in std 10 in jan18. We were made to give advance cheques till std 12. At present he is in std.11. The authorities took advance payment for 11 and 12 std. As now we wish to discontinue from std 11. As he is not going since july19. I brought samsung tab a (T590) from usa and provided to fiitjee centre in pune for loading of mypat software.
After loading mypat software & mdm, it is informed that this tab is not suitable to run mypat and it should be t-595 model only.

From this year, tab has been introduced in fiitjee, however the charges for software installation and additional third party mdm software is huge and unnecessary. Fiitjee does not provide clear reason why mdm software is necessary for tabs even though it is not related to their fiitjee application.
