Respected sir,
My daughter registration for iit genius exam I tried to do on 20th January through my net banking, my account was debited with Rs1000/- but the registration number was not generated .I mailed fiitjee so many times but no reply I got, finally my daughter couldn't able to write the exam . Later when we went to fiitjee office in visakhapatnam at shankarmattham they showed us that the registration number was generated on 24th of February .
How a child would be able to write an exam if her hall ticket is generated after the exam?
Thus I request you to refund my amount as soon as possible as it's been already three months are over or else now I have to go to consumer court since you are not responding to my complaint which I have done so many times.

I have deposited my daughter's (Avriti soni) fees of rs 1000/- in your fiitjee iit genius exam on 20/01/19 by my net banking, my amount was debited but her enrollment number was not generated. Later i consulted fiitjee ofc in visakhapatnam at shankar mataham they showed me that it was generated on 24/02/2019. Since my daughter couldn't able to write the exam kindly refund the amount. I have sent so many mails but you people did not respond.

This is complain about a girls hostel running in munirka. The warden is a cheap and vulgar lady. Hostel food is poor. Cleaning of the hotel rooms is never done properly. The staff doesnt know how to talk. They are always abusing and shouting. Warden is a greedy lady. She use to take money unnecessarily. Facilities are not provided properly. Warden is always out. Childen are suffering mentally and physically. They are not allowed to go anywhere. Please take an action against her.

My name is vaibhav kulshreshtha.
I started fiitjee in tenth class for the weekend batch in janak puri centre, new delhi.
After some time i found myself in a situation where i wasn't able to do any nice to my studies both for school & iit.
After concerning with my parents i quit fiitjee.
Yesterday while me and my mother for sitting she for worried about the money taken from her account.
She called up the bank to know about the details of the money, the operator told that the payment is made to fiitjee.
She was kind of neutral (Maybe she didn't want me to get tensed)
But i was shocked i was like i quit so many months ago and now out of nowhere, they are charging the fees.!!!
When i quit i didn't know that they will even charge me for the same.
After surfing the net i got to know that we can get legal help for the same and told my mother about it.
She said that we don't want to spend more money in this law and stuff, nothing is going to happen...
After this i cant focused on anything, only thing i can think of is that i'm the one due to which we have to pay the money to fiitjee unnecessarily.
I feel really bad about this..
If anyone can help me with getting the money back, i would be really grateful to them..!

Myself vikesh gandhi, father of shiv gandhi (Enrollment number:[protected] who is studying at fiitjee, vadodara, gujarat. He got enrolled in 9th standard and we were made to give advance cheques till 12th. At present he is in 10th standard.

The authorities took advance payment for 11th and 12th in august, 2018; without the consent of parents or any alert message or mail. As now we wish to discontinue from 11th standard because we are not satisfied with the teaching patterns and results.

I hereby request concerned authority to refund rs. 53, 265/- and remaining advance cheques. I request you to look into this matter as early as possible.

I Had resistered my daughter's name, named Tanushree Pal continuing in class-VI for BIG BANG test at fiitjee, main branch, Bhubaneswar on 14th September'18. Still I have not received the hall ticket by mail nor get any SMS from the institution about the status of hall ticket. When I contact to the centre to know the status nobody is responding properly which is not expecting from a national level education institute.

My daughter, ms. Anshika tanya is a student of fiitjee ranchi centre (Sop - doranda-85). Her enrollment no.in fiitjee is[protected]. She took admission in the fiitjee in 2017 for 2 years classroom program.

Last year, i applied for fee waiver/scholarship on the basis of getting 10 cgp in class-x result. The application was submitted at the fiitjee centre, sop, ranchi (Code - 85). No proper response received in this regard so far.

Please update status of my request. Copy of the application along with marks sheet is being attached herewith as ready reference.

In fiitjee mobile regestration portal we cannot write study center code it asked
That if you don't know the study centre code, fill 3 or 4 starting alphabets of the study centre city we are trying to complete the application by writing the code but it seems impossible if we try it shows blank box and also sometimes it shows this exc1:procedure or function 'mreg_getstudycentre' expects parameter '@testcentrecode', which was not supplied.

Why does this fiitjee does not give holiday on id ul zuha? It gives holiday on every hindu festival but why not at this muslim festival? Very bad, very very bad. #. All students must be equal in the eyes of this enormous and magnificent institute. Coming wednesday is our big festival, bakrid. But jo holiday is their, so i have to leave my class in that day, which i don't want. So i request u to declare holiday on muslim festivals also. They r very less in number as compared to hindu festivals. So plzz.

I am a student of fiitjee patna batch code-plitn820a01.in our school we are facing a number of problems. The major problem is that there is no proper environment for studies. Even the teachers are suffering the same problem.
1. There is a lot of noise due to the programs held at school auditorium on daily basis and the class rooms are not sound proof. So the voice of teachers doesn't reaches us and we can't concentrate.
2. Also if the sound proofing is done then the class will become very hot. All the centres including the doon school has a. C but we don't have. It's not that difficult to install acs as each student has paid rs. 25, 000 as infrastructure fees

If the condition remains same then we students don't think the management is serious about us or we will be able to refer fiitjee to other jee aspirants.

I think that mr pratik who is from acc department is not in the fitzee bcuz he behaving like that fitzee is her own business i think that u have to throw out from fitzee...mr pratik behavior is very rude i will never go there again n i will suggest all that dnt take admission in the fitzee lalpur ranchi branch very rude person ...so throw out mr pratik

With due respect i want to lodge a complaint against fiitjee bhilai centre that they are not responding to my problem and my ward and whole alpha batch of crp class eleven is suffering due to this poor faculty of physics. I am very sorry to say that he is not able to clear the doubts of his subject nor his command of teaching is good.
Please suggest me that should we go to the upbhokta forum if they are adamant to replace this physics faculty. After all we cannot tolerate to play them with our children's carrier.

With due respect i want to say that my son pranjal singh had participated in your curate admission cum scholarship test (Sunday 22nd april 2018) and scored 389. There after fiitjee offered him scholarship in pinnacle program in class 11. So he took admission in pinnacle program on 5-5-2018.in pursuance of your offer letter dated[protected] a contract was executed on saturday, 5th may 2018 between fiitjee allahabad and mr. Sanjay singh (The student’s father village and post - kusmaul) for the periods of 2 years as per the terms and conditions specified. I had deposited the fees of total 146144 along with late fees of 1000 to fiitjee allahabad in the following ways:

1. Amount = 26606. (As dd to fiitjee limited, dd no.=[protected], date=[protected]

2. Amount=6400. (As dd to edfora infotech limited, dd no.=[protected], date=[protected]

3. Amount=39938. (As post dated cheque, dated=[protected], cheque no. 399866)

My ward pranjal singh has attended only five classes and now he is unable to continue with you because he is depressed. That’s why i want to withdraw my ward from your institute and therefore i kindly request you to refund my above mentioned fee mentioned.

I had enrolled my daughter with fiitjee jaipur where-under and amount of rs. 1, 82, 000/- was paid from me vide demand drafts and cheques, which has been got reconciled. After a gap of two months the child was not satisfied with the system and he discontinued.in the meantime one cheque amounting to rs. 38704 was stopped and i requested the institution to refund me with the residual whatever due as my ward does not want to continue with. I submitted registration fees through the paytm on dated 29.05.2018, transaction show failed and hall ticket not generated but rs 700 deduct my paytm account. So, i again submitted the registration fees on dated 30.05.2018 and again transaction show failed and hall ticket not generated but rs 700 deduct my paytm account. I call the fiitjee center gomatinagar lucknow, then two hall ticket generated on both above transition and exam center are same.
I requested to you please look of above matter and return my one transaction of rs. 700 early as possible.

Requested that my ward puneet prakash student id. Gk-1431 and enrollment no.[protected] was enrolled in iit - jee, south delhi center kalu sarai on 25/09/2014.
My ward puneet prakash, unfortunately on the second day of registration on dated 26/09/2014, he alleged fall down while playing football in games period of his school and sustained injuries on his left ankle, and immediately we contact aiims trauma center and doctor advice surgical intervention but non availability of bed in aiims hospital, then they refer to any other hospital. Then he was under treatment of primus super speciality hospital, chanakayapuri from 27.09.2014 to 30.01.2015. For this, i have intimated/ informed to fiitjee and i requested to return fee and books ect amount of rs. 131613/- due to this unexpected incident, as he was not able to attend the fiitjee classes from starting day.
Sir, in spite of my several request till date neither you have refunded amount 1, 31631/- nor reply in this regard.in the year 2017, i was also under treatment of rp center aiims from 19/03/2017 to till date, so that i could not keep in touch with fiitjee.
I stated that my ward has not received books and you have charged 11, 500 which are not justify and have to be returnable.
2. That my ward has not used the infrastructure of fiitjee and you charged rs 14400/-, which is not justify and have to be returnable.
3. That my ward not attend the classes from the first day and you have charged admission fees rs 23000/-, which is not justify and have to be returnable.
4. That my ward not enter in the examination and you have charged exemption fee rs 4000/- which is not justify and have to be returnable.
5. That my ward not attends the classes and you have charged tuition fee of rs.61000/- which not justify and have to be returnable.
6. That my ward not gets the education and not attends the classes and you have charged rs 4000/- the admission.
7. Accordingly fittjee have charged 1, 31613/-which is not justify and should have to be returnable with [protected]@18% from 26/09/2014 to till date to avoid further litigation in court of law..

My daughter dimple kochar joined ranker series material programme at thane and secured 295 all india rank in jee advanced in 2016. So as per fitjee agremenr she was awarded 75000/ scholership to be given in four instalments.
She got ist instalment of 17500/ and gold medal. But in second year she did not got this. When enquired about this they told to submit all papers two semeater report duly attested by iit bombay.in nutshell she completed all the formalities as such. But still no disbursement and when i contacted i was told that she did not attended one programme.
I want to clarify first that she did not get any such call or corrospondence from fitjjee.
Is this the rule of fitjjee to deny the genuine reward to student who had glorified the institute with her effort. My contact no is [protected].
I approached at thane center they told me to contact andheri centre. But in thane mr anuj rathod coordinator told me do whatever you want to do when i explained the whole case and left the place.
This is final complaint from me and if i do not get my daughter scholarship i will have no remedy to make it live on your page and social networking sites with the proof that you just make advertisements for this rather and makes the payment

Dear Sir/Madam

This is with reference to my son Harsh Jindal, Regn No[protected]. He had enrolled for a 2 year coaching program for XI, and XII with your esteemed Institute.
As the batch was scheduled to be started from 24th Apr, he came to Delhi on 23rd Apr. Unfortunately on next day itself i.e. 24th Apr he started feeling quite uncomfortable due to home sickness and kept crying the whole day. We have tried to console him and make him understand, but he is not in the state of mind to continue staying here in Delhi and pursue the coaching, which has also been verified by your doctors/physician present at the institute. Any forceful attempts to make him continue could lead to him taking some wrong step.

Thus looking at the situation, we have decided to take him back along with us and not to continue with the coaching classes.

Looking at the genuine scenario, you are therefore requested to consider this request as formal intimation from me to cancel his enrollment and refund the total fee deposited after deducting the nominal administrative charges.
I had also tried to submit the application for canceling enrollment and refund, a Physical copy at your respective coaching center, but to my surprise, the same was not received/accepted by your institute citing the reason as they are not authorized to take cancellation and refund request, which was really surprising that the whole admin staff is sitting their for new enrollments and accept the fees but not accepting the grievances requests from the customers. This was really disappointing and dis heartening response from a such esteemed and reputed institute.

Looking forward to a positive response for the refund of the fee collected for the course for duration of 2 years.

My child has just attended one session on 24th Apr.

I took admission in fiitjee pinnacle 2 year integrated program and had to pay 2 year fees all together. Just after less than a week of batch conmencement i decided to discontinue their classes as they were not of the level i expected and were not appropriate for me. I asked then for refund of my money but they refused saying that their documents say that it is not possible. I need help regarding my refund of fees and want the whole amount back.
