I ordered a Moto E13 phone from FlipCart on October 28th, 23.However, because the phone is broken, they are refusing to offer me a refund for the product; instead, they promised me that they would replace it, but they haven't picked it up in time. I've tried to get a refund from Flipkart, but they say that their refund policy isn't available.
I simply want my money back, and that hasn't happened with any other
request for refund
