I ordered a Moto E13 phone from FlipCart on October 28th, 23.However, because the phone is broken, they are refusing to offer me a refund for the product; instead, they promised me that they would replace it, but they haven't picked it up in time. I've tried to get a refund from Flipkart, but they say that their refund policy isn't available.

I simply want my money back, and that hasn't happened with any other
request for refund

I had order new phone in flipcart and received phone on June 23. During the package receiving the original seal was open and sealed with some other sticker. After receiving the phone I checked it there no any external damage so received it. After some time I came to know that some had used the phone. I found a message in the inbox dated a week before receiving the phone form amazon and vodophone. So i raised the complaint in the same date of receiving the phone. After using the phone I came to know that the phone battery is getting drained quickly. So I raised the complaint for that also. But almost After speaking with customer care serval time no response from them. I think it's a refurbished phone I received. Pls guide me.

I order new refrigerator on 17 may it's a defective . But almost 1 month delay for replacement . Issue was created but not responce very bad service . I am iriteting for long . Plz clear my issue asap otherwise consumer court complaint...

I have purchased Control D Gulcometer 50 strip in filpcart site on 2nd March22. But when I received this product I saw some part is missing in the product. when I contact Filpcart customer support for the missing part related issue.he denied our replacement and return request. Still I have follow-up multiple times to filpcart customer care service but still my missing part is not received in the product.kindly help us and do the needful.

I ordered my uncle's phone backcover from plipkart and received the backcover damage product from plipcart and returned the packet from flipcart .And then after a few days when I didn't get anything in return for Returnabe, I called for support in philipkart and from that I am being told I can't do anything now, you're late....

I book a mobile on 7 th may rs7499. But low stock my order was cancel. But my refund amount not credit my bank a/c yet. Why so late refund amount will credit my bank a/c

The Vega company trimmer I'm order on the 09~08~2017 through filpkart . That product invoice no: FAAAAB[protected] model no: trimmers/WE45734/VEGA .. that cast is ₹ 729 {including tax} .. but that product not good condition.. 1 hr above I will charge that trimmer but not working at least 10 min.
