I placed order for second hand Mac Book from website filpz.com, transaction made through gpay of Rs.14999/- on 12th Aug 2023. On 17th I cancelled the order, but still refund amount is not yet credited to my account. i.e., 27th Sep 2023.

they are fraud. I ordered iPhone through COD .then I got msg from they on WhatsApp and told me to pay 10% then your order will be acceptable So i paid them 10% so next day they messaged me that we don't have stock so i asked for my refund they didn't give reply after sometimes they blocked me.
So please don't buy anything from filpz.com.
