I order mobile from this website through COD but i got call from them on WhatsApp and they told me you have to pay 10% then your order will be accepted so i paid 10% then next days they told me that we dont have stock So I asked for my refund but they blocked me.

I placed order for second hand Mac Book from website filpz.com, transaction made through gpay of Rs.14999/- on 12th Aug 2023. On 17th I cancelled the order, but still refund amount is not yet credited to my account. i.e., 27th Sep 2023.

Looks like I lost my 9k trusting Filpz portal for a desired product. No calls, no status update, customer support is non existent, WhatsApp responses are just an eye wash. Not sure how this company is still open with such pathetic, misleading and unprofessional acts

I have request many time for replace mobile adaptor and cable. But filpz.com not given me mobile adaptor and cable. Filpz not received my call Not reply what's app chat and email. Filpz not responsible for customer trust and customer feeling i pay full payment of mobile purchase but filpz not worry about customer care

Order number is FLZ3886. Ordered on October 26th, still not delivered. After the first time, no response of any kind from the retailer. I was informed that I will receive a call once the product is dispatched but after that, nothing. Haven't received the product yet.
I have called, e-mailed and also sent messages through whatsapp. No communication from filpz.com.
