Finbull India — Charging Fees before processing loan application

App/Company/website called Finbull India is charging fees before processing loan application and keep on asking for everything thing.
I have paid Rs 379 as service charge then Rs 1460 for laon agreement fee after that again asking for Rs 2650 for loan file charge which I haven't paid yet.

Kindly look into this.
