This is a recent experience we had. We booked a order of 10L for renovation of our home and given advance of 1L. In return they have not given us bill, or plan or any execution for a month. We fought after a month and ask to cancel the order. They refused to refund the amount and instead they asked to purchase their readymade products. And they asked to pay us higher amount. We told that we will do a complaint on which they told us to do whatever we want to as there are many cases pending in court and police they can manage. If they are not afraid of Law and order of our country then only the common people like us need to follow? Was this information helpful? |
