Finefab.in — bought two suits, products not delivered and refund not made

I ordered two suits worth rs.6345/-. I paid through neft of rs 6345 vide transaction no. Ua09313584v credited to beneficiary ac no [protected] at 10.46am on[protected]. The payment was made to finefab, japan market, ring road, surat -395002. They did not deliver the products, kept making excuses and eventually agreed to make refund. Two and a half months have passed they have not made any refund. They keep saying that refund will be made today itself, in one hour but so far no refund has been made. I call them up everyday but so far no response. They are fraudsters and their website should be closed immediately. They lie to customers and harass them. Police/legal action should be taken against them for cheating customers.
