Finelinesarees.in — wrong and cheap product received against my order

I have ordered Kurti-025 from the website www.finelinesareein

The product cost was Rs 530.91 including delivery charges (Cash on delivery).

The order number was 43226 which was ordered on 22nd Feb 2018.
But I have received a very bad quality of kurti (The colour, quality & nothing matching with the ordered one).

I tried to login to site which was not working. Even Forgot password was not working, I am not getting any email of password reset.

When I tried to email to the given email id cs.[protected]@gmail.com, I got delivery failed return mail suggesting that the delivery email id doesnot exists.

Immediate actions should be taken against such companies because they are fooling the people and doing fraud.
