Fini Technology — again harassing about money

This company has been harrasing me to pay again and again. I already paid 10000 fine but they are sending msgs again and again that u need to pay the amount for clearence of court process. I filed a complaint last time and i thought it was resolved. Then again recieved a email and messages in whatsapp to pay again or else they will take a legal action. Fini technology company is forcing me to pay money. They have given a work of typing 25 pages. i have completed but they said like you have not made accurate so need to pay 10000. I have already paid 10000 last year and they said NOC Letter also, but again they are sending me mail to pay. could you please help me in this regards.
