Last year i have opted for a work from home for data entry from fini technology company. They have give 25 page to type in 15 days. I have completed them. But they said u need to pay 10, 000 as it didn't met that accurate criteria. I have paid 10k that time it self. After one year they are sent to a mail and msg saying to pay more. They are sending msgs and mail and threatening me for taking a legal action against me. I no clue what to do now. Please help me in this regards.

The supporting staff threatened me that they will file a legal case against me for not doing the work and asked me to pay 10, 000. I requested them that i do not have that much amount and agreed to pay a final amount of 9700 on april 2019 as settlement. I have received noc clearance form from them. Since last month they have been harassing me again by making phone calls and sending sms like contempt of arbitration is resembling to disrespection and dishonoring orders of ministry of law and justice a case has been filed against you under section-420 and a registered post has been sent to your address. I have given my aadhar details. I am very much afraid. Please help me out with this issue as soon as possible.

Plz help me out to overcome with this problem. And agreement is also fake sir. I was not aware that this is fraud company otherwise i was not at all entering into that company. I got a msg in a whatsapp and she offered me a job. I was in need of money so agreed to do. And even i don't know what is there in a agreement, they themselves have decided that i have accepted the agreement. This is totally a fake company. Plz help me.

This company has been harrasing me to pay again and again. I already paid 10000 fine but they are sending msgs again and again that u need to pay the amount for clearence of court process. I filed a complaint last time and i thought it was resolved. Then again recieved a email and messages in whatsapp to pay again or else they will take a legal action. Then again today they sent an email regarding legal action. Please help i'm still a student.

I have registered with fini technology and was not able to complete the job provided within the time. Hence they called me and asked me to pay the utility charges i paid that and they said this is the last time chasing for money its gonna be one year and till now everyday they are calling and asking for money everytime. Its so disturbing and threatening like you have to pay the money else should come to the court and have to repay the court...

Asvi couldn't finish the work in t iij me they ask to pay 8k or else there will be legal notice, i paid due to fear, after that i heard so many such fraud cases retarding this company and i filed a complaint in this website. This website contracted me and told me that it is solved and they won't be reaching me out again. But today morning i receive a mail asking me to pay 15+k... Or else i will have legal issues. Please help me i'm just a student. I desperately need your help. Please please please thank you.

I have provided them money which they said to pay of 9700 or facing a lawsuit. Against the payment i got a noc stating that we both have no problem with us in future. Now they are stating that i will be forced to pay more amount of 2.8 lacs against the bond which has been signed by me. But they never mentioned about this thing while signing. Please help me.

A month ago they offered me a work of typing the image data into a notepad. I have done my job and submitted it but they rejected my work by saying accuracy is not met. After they asked me to pay a fine of 10k for the rejected work. And 15500 for the cancellation of the agreement. I have paid all the sum amount to the FINI TECHNOLOGY. I have the payment proof. After that I received a NOC certificate for the same. I have the mail confirmation from the advocate through whom I paid 25k to FINI TECHNOLOGY saying that all my legal proceedings are close.
But today some one had called me a asking me to attend the Delhi court by tomorrow morning 10:30AM otherwise I need to pay 25k to close the case it seems.. They are harassing me.
So please help me someone to come out of this issue.

Based on the assurance by your agent - [protected], i resolved complaint on above said company on 13th march, 2019 but today after 50 days - i received a call from your executive telling me that i need to pay 2000 rupees just to get the noc from that company. Earlier this (Fini technology) company was threatening for rupees 10, 000, then came to 32, 000/- post logging a complaint, they (Fini technology) didn't approach but they saved your executive's number and are calling and telling him that ask her (To me) to pay 2000 rupees to get the noc or else we will reopen the case and go to court - seriously they (Fini technology) are now threatening consumer complaint team??? And your executive is rather convincing me to pay.

Post logging online complaint to you, i have also logged a complaint to cyber cell for the same but based on your assurance, i have asked to to not take any action because i stopped receiving calls, emails and sms from them.

I would request you to go through your site and just type the name of the company - you will find n number of complaints against this company with different subject line.

And this is the new tactic they have applied that atleast by threatening, they will be able to acquire some money from the innocent people, to those they didn't have to pay for work but threaten for money because if you to police records in delhi and maharashtra, they have never paid any single penny to people for work.

Require your intervene.!!

He called me after submitting the work and said that according to the agreement need to pay rs.9, 700/-, but we came from very poor background i cant afford that much amount. I am begging you sir/madam please help me on this issue. Daily he is calling and blackmailing me like "under section 420 you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues". Forcing me to pay the amount if not he is saying that i have to face legal issues. This is completely a fake company. I need your help. Please help me.

Sir.. They have given lot of wprk and very less time tp it and even thoe i have submitted my work but they said i have not done it as per accuracy and and asked me ro pay amt as per the agreement and i even paid till 28500 till now as and still they are calling me and telling that my case is not closed and still some more money they are asking and when i refuse to give money they are telling they will generate a arrest warant on my name in near police station... I started working in fini technology. They forced me to submit the details and submit the video of me accepting the terms. But after two days when i came to know that this company is a fake one. I searched about it that how can i get out of this situation. Many creators in youtube said to leav it and don't work any more.
So i left it in the middle and now when the dead line is over now the are calling me, sending messages and emails, and saying that i have to pay rs.10000 as utility charge.

I have recently registered in this company to work from home.
They assigned me work and i've invested all day and night to complete the work but they have charged money for late submission, for which i have accepted and paid money.

I've requested the support team (Fini techonology) to cancel my agreement, as they allocating huge amount work which is more difficult to complete within 15 days. Now they are forcing me to pay around 16000 for agreement cancellation, and registered case on my behalf.

I have tried reaching the person who registered my id, he is not picking my call and blocked my number, though he have not shared any agreement while registration.
I've tried contacting customer support team to discuss on this issue, they are asking me contact the person who registered my id.

I am getting messages from these company as they are proceeding the case, and will send legal notice to home.

I request you to help me on this.

Dear sir, i created an agreement with a data entry company named fini technology with 300 rs as fee. They give me an 150 pages of images work with time period of 15 days. The given work full of mistakes. But i done the work with in the time period. After few days of submission they said the submitted work full of mistake and they charging 10000 as penal charge. They harassing and forcing me to pay, other wise they turn to legal activities against me. What can i do sir? If didn't pay any legal activities charge against me? I m gayathri unnikrishnan took offline data entry work from fini technology and was unable to complete the work as it was too huge for me, now i'm requesting them to extend my time by one week for which i have paid 5000 rs in advance but now they are saying i have to pay rs 10000 as per agreement and 5000 extra for extension and if i fail to pay them by today they will a file a case against me in latur court. Please help me before its too late.

Which i paid. Later he said now your file will be closed. No other charges has to be paid. But to my surprise, he called me again and said you need to come to another city court to get digital signature, if you cannot come, you have to pay rs.15, 500, because i am a girl, i cannot travel to other cities. I paid this amount also.
But today morning i received a call again from that lawyer asking for rs.19, 500 for some charges. Which i cannot pay.
He said he will send court notice.
Tell me is it true or worth, if any girl wants to do job from home to earn some money and these kind of fraud and fake companies are charging me big amount instead getting something, i am losing.

I recommend to all, please stay away from them.

Hence i request you to help me in this regard and save me from these people.

The company took all my personal details (Aadhar card, address, mail, mobile) and enrolled me in hurry giving after taking all these details in prior they gave the agreement which say i have to pay 9700 in case of not doing work.
I completed the work in 15 days.

Their image files was having many mistakes and they were specially designed in such a way that anyone will make mistake.

Now after 15 days they have canceled my agreement and are constantly threatening me for 9700 saying they will file a case if i dont pay. They are doing fraud by taking all the work and not paying us and infact asking us to pay 9700.

Below images clearly show that the work provided was having many mistakes and some words having no visible difference (W and w, j written as i, words repeating) they make us pay for their own mistakes. Please help me sir im a college student and can't pay such big amount. Please help me and ban this fraud company.

A lady called mahi soni got our names registered to this work forcefully saying vacancy is less do it fast for offline data typing part time job.
Now even she is not replying to our message.
While archiving the submission file into zip file as they had asked it got corrupted and got saved as the previous version file which was incorrect. But we have the correct file with us as proof so that they cannot play any game.
We did not know this (Files getting corrupted) happend n sent the files to them as the deadline was near.
Later then we came to kno that the sent file is wrong and we have been trying to say this to them by calling to them and none of them picked the call.
Now they are forcing us to pay 10k amount to them taking up the agreement matter.
Moreover they didn't even made sure about the agreement with us and they themselves registered with the agreement.
They are not even ready to trust us about the misunderstanding about the sending of files (Corrupted files). But they ask us to trust them and we gave our details. I don't know how they will missuse it now.
We knew they would do like this so itself so we have been trying to contact to tell this but they made their mobiles switched off.
Now today we called and they are not even ready to accept the truth. They are forcing us to pay 10k.
Please help me in this i request u.
Please save me from this fraud company who are trying to make money by doing this to innocent people and their hard work put on typing those files.

The company took all my personal details (Passport, address, mail, mobile) and enrolled me in hurry after taking all these details in prior they later gave the agreement which has a new clause saying i have to pay 10000 in case of not doing work which i never accepted but they say now agreement is made you have to accept.

I still completed the work in 15 days.
Now after few days they are calling me and saying that we need to pay 10000 and if you don't pay we will file a case against you in the court. So i got afraid and paid 10000 but now they are asking again 18500 something to close the agreement.
I can't pay any more please help me with this.
