[Resolved] Fini Technology — fini technology fraud forcing me to pay money by scaring me legal action | |||
Dear sir/madam on 15 march 2019 i got a call from fini technology, she offered me a part time job that i need to type 150 pages in 15 days. I need money so i agree to do online work. She told me to send my id, signature and photo on their app. She told me to register fast so that she send me the typing material. On registering they send me work with agreement in which they wrote that i have to pay 10000/- of work not done. I completed my work in 15 days and submitted on time. But they email me that your work is not done you have to pay utilities charges (10000/-) otherwise legal action will be taken against me. They are harrassing me by calling and emailing. I am a housewife. I have no money to pay sir. Plz help me sir. I do whole work spending my whole time. Plz take strict action against this fraud company. Apr 10, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved this is from the consumer site...i am here to tell you that ... i have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or msg from their side and by chance if you receive any... you can provide their number to me .. i will call to them... alright... and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site ... only then we will be passing the cancellation agreement from here to the company... just do it before 3:30 pm ... if you are not doing this then i cant help you anymore ... and also just inform me as you finish this resolving... thank you
