Finifox Fashion — order not received nor refund processed. company is untraceable

I have ordered two shirts on this website finifox fashion on 8th of july 2020, and have neither received any details regarding the delivery nor have any option to get my refund as the company's website has been down since a while. I highly doubt that this could be a scam
