I didn't receive them.although time has passed but i still expect serious action or refund

This is what the seller sent a text and the number isn't reachable.
It's a fraudulent transaction.

I had made a payment of ₹390/- to finifoxfashion.in for a shirt & i have received no item till yet nor my amount has been refunded. There is no point of contact to the company now. They have done a fraud to many customers including me. Please look into the matter and try to get me the refund.

I have ordered a kurti in July and haven't received the product and the page is unresponsive.

I got an ad in facebook named Finifox Fashion. After viewing it, I mistakenly thought it is a genuine website and ordered three shirts on July 17, 2020. They said they would deliver by August 4. I called the number provided in the message, and he replied that the order would be delivered to the given address. But after 10 days, I saw a youtube video in which so many victims like me are grieving due to this scam.
The number I have called is now switched off ([protected]). The website in down now. They started another website with the same products . It is https://thesnapygirls.com/ .
Please look into this matter sir. Thank you

My name is Nikhil Marwaha, I’m from Bangalore. I had placed an order on FinifoxFashion.in on July 13, 2020. Since this was during COVID was peaking, they said COD would not be available and I would have to make the payment online - which I did. The amount was ₹1, 060 for 3 items. I was told that the delivery would take around a weeks time.

Shortly after 7 days, having received no communication, I have repeatedly attempted to call a certain Mr. Jitu who’s phone number (+91 70461 85863) I sourced from the website. I have been calling since 3 months and his phone has been switched off.

This is clearly a case of fraudulent behaviour. I request you to please do the needful and get my money back. I’m sure there are hundreds of other consumers who’ve been a victim too.

I recently ordered a product from the website finifoxfashion.in it was prepaid order of 399 Rs. Its been 2 months but I haven't received any product nor refund. Please help me out with this.

I ordered 2 shirts fro. Them through their website after following an Instagram ad.
And after the payment, no delivery date was given and no response from them. All their sites were removed.

I have ordered one Mens cotton striped printed half sleeve loose casual Henley shirt -Large on 24th July 2020 and till now they have not delivered the consignment. Order# 52180, Payment done through Razorpay & Payment Id: pay_FIHaPHWLj1Y7vS. When I tried to contact them either the phone is switch off or not reachable. Even I have file complaints in some other websites also but didn't get any respons and this is my last hope.

Its been more than 2 weeks but I haven't received my order.
I placed my order and also made an online payment.

I placed an order and received an acknowledgement promptly on 22nd august 2020. The mail content is pasted below for your reference.

Now i cannot reach their website and then i come across so many consumer complaints against this fraud.

Usually, sellers using fb or insta to do business hold high credibility.

Why hasn't been any action taken against this fraudster despite so many complaints?

I have order a product (Shirt) from finifoxfashion on july, but the order has not been shipped or further processed. And the website of finifox fashion is also not available now

I ordered 5 shirts using online payment method but later I came to know it was a fraud action

Please take an action against these cheats, they create fake websites on social networking sites. Make people purchase items via advance payments and don't deliver at all.
They have now looted so many people.

We need these guys to be behind bars and set an example for other to not cheat unaware people.

I want my money back or my please deliver the product it has been very long..

I have ordered a jeans in month of July and it is not delivered yet

This looks like a open fraud website and looting so much money, we too got fooled for Order #[protected]rs) and upon calling their support number they asked to download screensharing app and try to fool once again and we were caution

I ordered 2 casual shirts Finifox Fashion on 21st July 2020 for Rs. 730/- (370+360). I haven't received my order yet.
So, I request for the delivery or refund for the same

I have ordered 3 shirts from this site and did advance payment also but didn't got the order delivered and now when i visited the site for updates about my order the site was not active and the number i was having is also switched off.

I have placed a order in online for mens shirt & advance payment already made through card on 16th july 2020 but till today I didn't received any information about delivery of my order.

I have ordered product worth rs.900and rs.389. Called and confirmed from them. They assured to deliver.
Now they are not picking up.

Well its been over a month now I did not get my order placed for which I even paid. I realized that now so i am here looking for some explanation.

I bought 2 shirts worth INR 399/- and 365/- respectively. The amount got deducted with online payment gateway (ATM card) but I didn't receive the order. It bought these shirts on 17th July, 2020.

Source o[censored]rl through which I bought these shirts was through a Facebook advertisement.

I placed an order (#53730) on 26th july from the website and i have not received my order.

Order number 47737 was confirmed on July 21 and I received an information that the order will be shipped on 6th August .
So far I have not received the order
