Finifoxfashion — Order not received

I have ordered 3 shirts on 13 july, and a message come to my phone that you will receive order by 31st july, and i have made payment to razorpay through my upi. But till date i have neither received my order nor got payment back. Now it seems that it's 100% fraud. These type of websites should be banned on any condition and facebook should also take initiative regarding this type of fraud shopping site because i have seen it on facebook.
