Sir I took an subscription for life life insurance leads for the amount 39333/- which miss Thanvi and Varun from the sales team told at the time of subscription I will get an premium services I trusted these guys since I was in hurry I didn't read full details whatever they mentioned in the agreement they promised that whatever things had been discussed before taking the subscription all these mentioned that all but now they're telling that I am not into premium plan I am into basic which this company generally cost 30000/-+gst for 40 leads and they charged me 39333/- ( incl gst) for 33 leads as per my req for premium package they made it convinient to me but now their service team is telling that I am into basic plan.

They're are telling that they're providing the interested customer leads but now they had provided me 33 leads in which 33 are not interested and the same told by the customer when I immediately called them once I receive the lead hence by seeing all this I asked for a refund they're telling they're provding the services but actually they're not providing the leads they're just making me waste my time so I am filing a case against the Finplus company and I have collected all the proofs against the company this company. Now the company people are telling that they provided the services and they charged me 1000/- per lead.
