Fintrade Financial Services — Not returning my money | |||
Hi, i am vivek khade, age 41 from mumbai, i had applied for loan to fintrade financial services, ajmer, rajasthan of which details i have attached with this. Fintrade financial service first asked 4500rs as processing charge of which receipt i have attached here after that they give me loan disbursal letter asking me 1, 87, 500rs as loan disbursal charge which i disapproved as in starting they had said to me that they will be giving me loan on 4500rs charge and will not ask for any other charge of which i have all the telephonic recording with me. One mr. Abhishek mishra (Not sure if the name is real) said me that he will send me cheque of 4500rs to me which i have still not received, i have problem uploading the adobe files through ur add photos, if send me your email i will email it [protected]@gmail.com or [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

The entity is a fradulent one. I have already moved to RBI to stop such practices

Do not give loan cancellation letter. They have to return the fee as they have violated their own condition
I think the figure of Rs. 1, 87, 500/- is not correct. What was the loan amount you asked for? You have also not submitted the complaint. You have just given your comment.It is not uploading. Please send details to [protected]@gmail.com .I will give you details how to proceed. I suspect there is a racket operating in Ajmer with some entities giving false assurances, It is time to stop them
