Finwise Global — Charging too much from companies and giving lower salaries

Last two months back i was hired by finwiseglobal contractor, i was told u will get salary of 3000 dollars, after joining the company i came to know the parent company is giving 5000 dollars to finwise for my job, but they are giving only 3000 to me, after knowing this matter i talked with finwise global hr persons but they said we are hiring you so we will give salary according to our parameters,. I am very much disappointed.

Hi, this is Ajay Guna, the same thing happened with me for me also they are paying 2500 dollars salary and from the parent company they are charging more, They are not employee friendly contractor . i will advise you to join directly to any company dont come through contractor as they dont pay full charges to employee.When we are giving our best then we also want gud salaries, why to earn for a contractor.
