I joined finwiseglobal as mechanical engineer, everything was going fine but due to some problem i need to resign from my job on immidiate basis, but they are not giving me relieving they are asking me to surrender my work permit, i have talked to hr, but no positive results till now. I am giving them surety that i will rejoin after sometime but they said that its policy of company that if you are exiting your job you need to surrender your visa, even after sending so many mails to company and also several discussion nothing is done, dont know hoe to deal with this issue
