Hi this is Ganesh, i am working as civil engineer with finwiseglobal contractor at the time i joined company i was not told about the notice period, due to i got better opportunity in some other company in canada, i resigned my job but finwise global is asking me to serve a notice period for 3 months, but the company i am selected can only give me time of 30 days, but finwise global is not ready for this . i dont know what to do, Please help me out.
