Fire Bolt — Reverse pickup done but replacement not received

I purchased fire bolt nija pro Plus on filpcart but within 1 week the watch got damaged the vertical line appear on display so we raise a complaint for replacement, the reverse pickup was done at 30th May itself they commit 7 working days for replacement but still I didn't get my replacement.several times I contact customer care but no one response and aslo my old ticket was closed without replacement. Now we create a new ticket but for this also I didn't get any response so kindly acknowledge this issue and arrange replacement.
