Fire bolt smart watch battery life is below 5hr please solve this issue

I recently purchased a pair of wireless buds from Fire-Bolt via Flipkart, excited to experience their touted quality and performance. However, upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to discover that it was defective. Despite my attempts to reach out to Fire-Bolt's customer service team and request either a refund or a replacement, I have yet to see any action taken on my request.

It's been nearly 15 days since I first reported the issue, and I have received no indication from Fire-Bolt that they are working to resolve the problem. Their response so far has been dismissive, stating that a return is not possible and that they will only replace the product. However, even this promise of a replacement has not materialized.

This lack of accountability and follow-through from Fire-Bolt is deeply concerning. As a customer, I expect to receive products that meet the advertised standards, and when issues arise, I rely on the company to address them promptly and effectively. Unfortunately, Fire-Bolt has failed to meet these expectations, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the entire experience.

I am now considering taking legal action against Fire-Bolt to seek recourse for the defective product and the lack of satisfactory resolution. It's disappointing that it has come to this, but I feel it's necessary to hold Fire-Bolt accountable for their negligence and uphold consumer rights.

Sir i purchased a smart watch of fire bolt company on 03.02 2023 online by SNAPMINT 1 EMI now pending only 2 month gone my smart watch display is not working on warranty period wen i go to service center they denied to replace my watch as well as to change the display so kindly take a look of my issue as soon as possible then i will. be thank full

I've only been using this watch for 6 months and it recently stopped charging. I tried cleaning the charger pins both on charger and on back side of the watch. Bought new charger and tested it with as well ( which was a waste of money). I see so many complaints similar to mine, clearly they have designed poorly and failed to test properly. Please take action on the as many o[censored]s have paid a hefty amount of over Rs. 2000 for this watch....

I brought fire bolt ninja call2 smart watch on 24/07/2022 just 5 months ago but now its not working i checked by putting charger and tried by New fire bolt ninja call2 smart watch charger but den also it is not working
Pls replace it with New one it's a request pls do needful

Hi i have purchased a smart watch on 26th Feb-22 but after a it's getting stuck and it's not working properly hence i have called up to Myntra online shopping customer care number and explain the situation. They have given one number which related fire bolt customer care number [protected]. But they r not responding properly.

I have ordered fire bolt ninja call 2 Bluetooth calling smart watch from Myntra and I have received the defective product

My watch is in warranty but i have try many times to fill the against the fire boltt but you are ignoring us. i am very dissappoionted from this company.

Few days ago i traveled to india and bought a fire bolt smart watch. I traveled back to my country Bangladesh. Today when i went to charge the smart watch, it was not charging. Just around 10 days past. I left the chargee attached for 30 min but It's not charging.

I purchased fire bolt nija pro Plus on filpcart but within 1 week the watch got damaged the vertical line appear on display so we raise a complaint for replacement, the reverse pickup was done at 30th May itself they commit 7 working days for replacement but still I didn't get my replacement.several times I contact customer care but no one response and aslo my old ticket was closed without replacement. Now we create a new ticket but for this also I didn't get any response so kindly acknowledge this issue and arrange replacement.

I bought my fire boltt 360 pro 2 months back and now its not working and not even charging.Its just off and not functioning at all.
