I recently purchased a pair of wireless buds from Fire-Bolt via Flipkart, excited to experience their touted quality and performance. However, upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to discover that it was defective. Despite my attempts to reach out to Fire-Bolt's customer service team and request either a refund or a replacement, I have yet to see any action taken on my request.

I've only been using this watch for 6 months and it recently stopped charging. I tried cleaning the charger pins both on charger and on back side of the watch. Bought new charger and tested it with as well ( which was a waste of money). I see so many complaints similar to mine, clearly they have designed poorly and failed to test properly. Please take action on the as many o[censored]s have paid a hefty amount of over Rs. 2000 for this watch....

Hi i have purchased a smart watch on 26th Feb-22 but after a it's getting stuck and it's not working properly hence i have called up to Myntra online shopping customer care number and explain the situation. Few days ago i traveled to india and bought a fire bolt smart watch. I traveled back to my country Bangladesh. Today when i went to charge the smart watch, it was not charging. Just around 10 days past. I left the chargee attached for 30 min but It's not charging.
