I purchased a Fire-Boltt smartwatch which became defective on 12/03/2026.
A replacement was provided under Ticket ID 4289772, but the replacement product is also not working properly.
I have raised complaints multiple times (Ticket IDs: 4312349 and 4320506), but I am not receiving any proper response from Fire-Boltt.
I request the company to provide a completely new, unused smartwatch (4GB/64GB) in either Amazona Green or Sky Blue color, or provide a full refund.
If my issue is not resolved soon, I will proceed further legally through National Consumer Helpline and e-Daakhil. Was this information helpful? |
