Faulty Replacement Smartwatch No Response from Fire-Boltt (Multiple Tickets Raised)

I purchased a Fire-Boltt smartwatch which became defective on 12/03/2026.

A replacement was provided under Ticket ID 4289772, but the replacement product is also not working properly.

I have raised complaints multiple times (Ticket IDs: 4312349 and 4320506), but I am not receiving any proper response from Fire-Boltt.

I request the company to provide a completely new, unused smartwatch (4GB/64GB)...

Earlier Fire boltt given a date of deliver on Aug 28th during order, based on that I accept and I made the order. Later two days I got a message from courier side that Item will be delivered by Sep 4th. It is too late for me. I tried to call customer...

Fire bolt watch order cancel but payment not refund and customer support not answer

I have contacted their support but haven’t received any response from them. I lost an amount of nearly 1329.05 rs. I have sent multiple emails and called multiple times. I purchased a watch of FIRE BOLTT from AMAZON on 22 NOVEMBER 2023. The watch is FIRE BOLTT VOGUE SS MAGNETIC RAINBOW model so after some time watch was not working properly so l complained for this to company and company arrange a pickup of the watch and replaced with a another watch of same same color and model and again after some time a issue of charging is occurred in my watch so again I complained about it this time company sent me a different model of the watch (Model is SILVER CHAIN) so I complained about it that you have a different product so after many mails and calls company picked up and sent me another parcel and in that parcel I received a another different model now this model is (ORANGE SILICON STRAP) so again I complained after 1.5months of calls and mails company arranged a pickup of the watch and at last they sent me this watch again with SILICON STRAP.
Now I want my money back with a compensation for this.

    I have been trying to reach out the Support team for delivering a faulty product for order placed on website Order[protected]
    Ithe New Prodct is faulty and is sue is not being addressed
    Support center is not picking up even a single ticket or calls.
    I am not getting any resolution for the issue being faced. The product is worth ₹5, 349, which i am asking to return and refund, but ther eis no tresponse.
    Fire-Boltt is operated in India by Savex Technologies.

        My name is rakesh and I have ordered invincible plus on 08th August 2023 and I'm noticed speaker issue in watch.
        After then i'm given watch to service center on 11th October 2023 for repair but I have received fire boltt almighty instead of invincible plus.
        Then I will asked the service center they told your ordered smartwatch is not available with us hence we have sent a different model to you. customer care person not responding this is not fair and which is totally wrong and cheating the consumer by doing such type of activities.

          As I ordered firebollt smart watch which is Ultimate silver in color which was recive at my location on date 15 August 2023 and after 7-8 days battery backup problem start in smart watch, which gives only 2-3 hour's backup only after full 100% charge, after complaint to Fireboltt official web site company arrange pickup for watch bu courier on Date 28 August 2023 and courier person pickup parcle on Date 01 September 2023 and it delivered to boltt on date 6 September 2023 and replacement watch delivered at my location on date 19 September 2023 which was different in color, after more than 1 month I received replacement was different which I ordered so I mail to fire boltt team regarding this multiple time but he was not responding or not confirmed me before courier replacement black color watch, after multiple tries to call her support number (1888) he says at present silver watch not available so we send black color new watch, so I dinned to accept this watch because if I ordered silver color then why can I accept black, because i never use black color, so I request firebollt team to refund mu payment and pickup your new black watch but he not agree for return and says that we will provide u replacement of silver watch in 1 month.             Warranty claim issue with fire boltt

            I have raised my complain of my fire boltt smartwatch claim warranty but after raising my complete I had my ticket ID which the fire boltt send me but after two or three days there is no response there is no any message there is no single sign of being continue of this warranty and no any type of email or contact from fire Bolt to me.             I have ordered fire boltt smart watch and it was defective and i went to service center of fire boltt then they collected my defective watch and they sent a fire boltt watch named "Huk", I refuse to acdcept, then they sent "hulk" again they sent "HulK" then I called them so they said that they will provide a list of smart watches and after some days they says that you have to use that watch "Hulk". this is our policy we cannot replace your watch.

              I purchased Black Fire Boltt invincible plus (BSW97 smartwatch from the Fire Boltt web store for Rs. 4999.00. Watch was received on 2nd Sep’23 and was found defective as not capture the correct health data. Requested Fire Boltt customer care to return the watch, but they are not doing the refund. Then will asked them to replace the defective watch, but they we're send my replacement and replying that your ordered smartwatch is not available with us hence we have sent a different model to you, which is totally wrong and cheating with the consumer and expect in India only. You order and pay for apples and they will deliver potatoes after taking advance payment. Total fraud and cheating. Need a justice

                I have order a product fire boltt name Fire Pods Ninja 601 ORDER NO[protected] i got delivery on 5 oct 2023 and i ordered it on 1 oct but the received product is have scratch on it also the product out put is not good i tried return the product from the website but unable to do so as it was in one time login tried calling customer support they are saying today on 7 oct they have change their policy and will not take any return or replacement or refund request and i need to visit service center
                in website return policy it is mentioned di product is damaged consumer can file return request and company will arranged a pickup but the agent name aakash and pratibha from escalation said we are not following it and this is new policy and an du have no right to get this details as its private and above constitution of India and u can file complain we will take care

                    I have never faced such issues with direct purchasing with the reputed company. but i have order 1 smart watch, and i received with many complaints,
                    Ninja Pro Max smart watch.

                    1. First of all, i have received the Open box, which is not Sealed. Which is already used as an open product.
                    2. There is no seal tap on it.
                    3. 3 year old manufacting date product,
                    4. Device was not able to charge the device and it is not even switching on the device..
                    5. The color which i have ordered, i have not received. I have ordered with Champange Gold, but i did not receive the correct product.
                    6. Received different product with differe color.
                    7. Device is not even switched on. Since it is a Physical problem and unable to switch On the device.
                    8. I tried reaching the customer care the moment once i received the product, around 10 pm on 26th september, since i received the courier from blue dart only around 9.30 pm.
                    but the customer sercive was not operating at that time. and sunday was on leave. Just this morning 28 aug i called the customer care and gave
                    the complaint.

                    I have ordered Fire Boltt smart watch in the name of Narayana On Aug 21st 2023, and the product got delivered on 26th September 2023 around 9.30 pm.

                    Please find the attached list of pictures and the video of the product received. FULLY DAMAGE AND NOT WORKING AND NOT FUNCTIONING AND OLD OLD PRODUCT.

                      savex technologies pvt. Ltd. Online thru fire boltt website.

                      Within six month my watch back side cover open and i m not able to use.
                      Such a reputed brand quality is very poor and nobody can help out for this matter.

                            Hey my name is Aman Raj and I ordered two smart watches from fireboltt on 4 March one ff them got delivered and one of them didn't get delivered to me then I talked with their customer support executive and they said that due to stock issue your watch has been cancelled and your money will me get refunded in 7 to 10 days but it's been one and half month and still when I call them they say me that we have highlighted your complain, forwarded your complain to higher authorities, etc. But at the same time when my watch got cancelled the watch was still available to purchase from the website and some people who were living in my building have ordered after my ordered date got their watches delivered. So 1st point my issue is that if the watch was not available in stock, then why the watch was available for purchase on the website.
                            2nd if the watch got cancelled then without my permission how they cancelled my watch.
                            Please help me regarding this.
                            Am vikram G i ordered firebolt vishnary 3 month back still also refund amount not received in my account.. customer care person not giving proper answer..they told sorry you have to wait 3 or 4 working days.will higliteded the same..this answer only am getting but nothing is doing totally wast of my money..i got ver very worst experience really am disopinted...worst service and company please don't buy any firebolt please my advice...

                                I raised a complaint for replacement because device is getting of and on continuosly by its own, but they said there is a stock issue and tell that wait for 15 to 20 days but now it is about 2 months to go, but not yet resoveld the problem, on my more than 40 ti m es of request they ready to provide me a alternate product but that was also not a desire watch always there is something that i cant take like they provide me watch of pink colour im not a girl so that will not suits me but they are so much irresponsible that they are not giving value to their customer i am very much disappointed and i will never buy a watch of fireboltt again and not recomend it also to anyone. the worst and poor service at everypoint worst customer service ever

They sent the defective watch once so i go for return they said they have only replacement policy so i accept it but, since from last 6 months I'm calling customer care but not getting proper information on the replacement. Everytime getting different answers and false commitments from customer care. I am fed up with all this😡 . It is out of tolerance. Fire boltt customer service are not ethical and professional. what is going on in fire bollt company, I can't tolerate all this much now. Fire boltt is a Fraud company . They making money by scamming people. I need refund but they are not giving. I think i have wasted my money on fire boltt company.

                                          I ordered a fire bolt watch 7 months ago which came to me defective so I asked him to return it, they said they do not have any refund or return policy, they have only replacement policy, so I asked them to replace.After that the watch has been done replaced 6 times and 6 times they have sent defective product.Now it's been 40 days since last time I had given my watch for replacement but till now I don't get any information about my watch.When I called customer service they said the product is out of stock but same product they are selling on website.They are talking about giving me a coupon code but that coupon code is only for their website, if I take the coupon code i have to pay extra for the same product. Means in a way they are doing fraud with the customs.I want to get my money or watch asap.
