I have bought Legacy (Black SS) smart watch from their official site. But got faulty product and returned for replacement (Blue dart picked up the product. Tracking number -[protected] ), and it is delivered to their facility on April 12 2023. Since then they are not responding to online complaints. They don't have any customer care number to contact.
