I ordered smart watch - "Brillia Pro - Magnetic Blue" directly from Fire boltt web site with Order number - Order #[protected] on Aug 25th 2025 with the total payment of 1994 INR.
Earlier Fire boltt given a date of deliver on Aug 28th during order, based on that I accept and I made the order. Later two days I got a message from courier side that Item will be delivered by Sep 4th. It is too late for me. I tried to call customer care number [protected] for cancellation, but no one picked. Based on the FAQ mentioned on the site, I rejected to get the product from courier person and he cancel the order with cancel code.
From the day I tried calling the customer care number, Email and raising grievances email id but not get any response from fire boltt.
The courier tracking number showing the product is Returned to Noida_Sector UP. It is nearly a month but no process or communication on the refund. Need help in refund. Was this information helpful? |
