Fire Boltt — Warranty claim issue with fire boltt

I have raised my complain of my fire boltt smartwatch claim warranty but after raising my complete I had my ticket ID which the fire boltt send me but after two or three days there is no response there is no any message there is no single sign of being continue of this warranty and no any type of email or contact from fire Bolt to me. I have tried this for two time two or three times but the process is still continue of not being responded.
