Firebolt — Charging and product related issues no refund of defective product

Updated by anuskashaw I ordered a smartwatch from Flipkart, but unfortunately, the product is defective. The watch is neither charging nor turning on, even after being charged continuously for one to two days. It is completely non-functional and cannot be used.

I have already contacted Flipkart customer support and also registered a complaint with Fire-Boltt, but no satisfactory action has been taken so far. As a customer, I am very disappointed with this experience because I received a faulty product and my money has been wasted.

Additionally, I have been asked to pay ?150 as a delivery/service charge. Since the watch is defective and not working at all, I do not understand why I should be required to pay any extra charges for its return or replacement.

I kindly request you to arrange the return of this defective smartwatch and process a full refund of my payment as soon as possible. I do not wish to keep a product that is faulty and unusable.
