I have ordered Fire-Boltt Rise BT Calling 47mm (1.85), Voice Assistance & 123 Sports Single BT Connection Smartwatch from flipkart on[protected] but due to dots in screen i have created a replacement request and today i received a new product which is completely different imodel, color and functionalities. I am attaching the screenshots of old and new watch screenshots for your reference adding the invoice too .

what kind of service you are providing to the customer ???

I tried giving a review in firebolt website but it not reflecting in the website and the customer care is also not responding to my calls

I'm omprakash vishwakarma from Mumbai I Purchase to smartwatch for 3000 in 1 year warranty but working as a after 2 months battery issue then I given to service centre Shakti Infotech Malad West Mumbai so proccesing after 1 month so late received my order but wrong received product has price of
Only 1400.

So how send the 3000 price of smartwatch replacement to 1400 thats very old and cheap price I don't like this please solve the my queries

I given to my smartwatch for repairing centre Shakti Infotech Malad West related for charging issue Item code[protected] FG Firebolt warrior BSW 105 Navy Blue that's price for 2900/- After 1 month received the smartwatch for this Gladiator Bluetooth calling smartwatch 49.7mm model no. BSW072 black but Is this very cheap price and worst product I don't like this I want to my own that's price for only 1400/- and not received the charges.

Please return the my same product or related prices to new version both a fine.

Your service is too slow and you eat the my 1 month warranty for deliver in delay.

Dear consumer complaint Team
I have ordered firebolt visionary smartwatch from Amazon, after one month use its screen shows totally white . Then after i call firebolt customer care they told me we will arrange Reverse pickup and you will get your replacement . After they picked my return successfully on 3rd October . But since 3rd October they didn't delivered my replacement ( complaint ticked id is 2161134). I called them continuously but no response from firebolt kindly look this fraud issue from firebolt i will attach my screen shot

Bought a Fire Bolt ring 3 smart watch and it was delivered on 13th October 2022 and it stopped working in a month. Screen is blank.

I purchased a smart watch of fire bolt company in June 2022 through online Amazon after 5 months my smart watch display is broken on warranty period when I go to service center they denied to repair my watch as well as to change the display on my cost so kindly take a look of my issue as soon as possible....

I have brought the device last week but it is not working and i have tried to contact customer care and message them but i didnt get any respond.

I bought a smartwatch in June from firebolt through amazon. It has been damaged and I raised a complaint on the firebolt website regarding the same but I have received no reply from them. I was getting only a bot response and 3 people replied but they did not understand the problem I was facing and they were emailing the same old things. I have bought one watch but to complain about that I have sent over 100 emails from July till now and there is no proper response or resolution from the team. I tagged them on Facebook and wrote a post stating my experience but there is no luck with my issue getting resolved which resulted in me ending up frustrated and irritated. It costs 4999 and I have had no resolution for the issue till now. The worst ever customer experience I have ever faced is with firebolt. If they cannot provide a good customer experience then why do they have to sell their products?

Bought a Firebolt watch 360 SP02 9 months back.
currently facing issue of battery backup, bluetooth connectivity to DA fit app & button issue.
While writing an Emails from past 1 month, though not getting any revert from firebolt team.

Recently I buy a firebolt talk smart watch from online on Flipkart.
Few days it work properly but from previous week it's not working.
In the watch have the display or touch problem.
So i willing to say that please refund or replace my product with in 2to3days.

I have order a smart watch (dynamite) from official fitebolt web site on 26/august/2022 and done online payment still. I have no confirmation about my order I have raised many complaints no one answered I I want to know my order details or refund my payment back

Fake customer service don't by any one.. Last 3 month no any updates my watch in survice center

I bought this watch Fir-boltt 2 months ago and it had charging issue (was not charging) so i called customer care and Complaint about it they said a person will visit with in 7 days and he will check the exact issue but no one came. I called again regarding same this time they said they will come and take this watch again 7 days time given.. Same happened again no one came.. I personaly visited their service centre which is 15km far from my place and gave my watch..they suggested me to wait for 15 days...so i waited visited after 15 days now they are telling me to wait 3 days more...like seriously ? it's been alomost 2 months nothing happened.. This type of services you people provide to your customers? No one has taken action just making people fool..

HI .I ordered a Firebolt smart watch through Flipkart after use of 2 month its suddenly heated and shut down.
From 4 months i am raising tickets in fire bolt website that my smart watch FIRE BOLT BLUETOOTH CALLING SMART WATCH (BLACK) is not working .

I sent them proper video and images too that what problem i am facing but till now they are closing my tickets automatically without solving it.

Sir I purchase firebolt talk (bsw0004) smart watch at 1 July 22 after I weak strap pin is broken we can visit service centre of firebolt but they denied to repair and we already complained to company my complaint no 324403 but they can't reply

2 months before i got smartwatch from Firebolt and it was damaged as i received it. So i opted for replacement. It has been 1.5 months that the company has failed to replace the same or refund it. After making several attempts to call the said company, all in vain.

One month has passed, refund processed but refund pending...from last 12 days this is the status which I am seeing on their website.My complaint no.is 192477. They have sent me the mail that refund takes 5-6 working days but I think there is a big scam going behind this. There are so many people who are affecting like me by refund issue.I have seen their reviews.Fire bolt is making people fool.A strict action must be taken against their CEO and he needs to be punished.The refund to be provided with the interest because I think they are investing our money somewhere else and to shop smart watches and all, it's just their strategy to collect money from out source so that they can invest it.I am so frustrated with these guys...These guys needs to be hanged.

My smartwatch's screen has a display issue
