I bought a smartwatch in June from firebolt through amazon. It has been damaged and I raised a complaint on the firebolt website regarding the same but I have received no reply from them. I was getting only a bot response and 3 people replied but they did not understand the problem I was facing and they were emailing the same old things. I have bought one watch but to complain about that I have sent over 100 emails from July till now and there is no proper response or resolution from the team. I tagged them on Facebook and wrote a post stating my experience but there is no luck with my issue getting resolved which resulted in me ending up frustrated and irritated. It costs 4999 and I have had no resolution for the issue till now. The worst ever customer experience I have ever faced is with firebolt. If they cannot provide a good customer experience then why do they have to sell their products? Was this information helpful? |
