First Class Services — Platinum Services - Fraud my 8890/-Rs I want refund

On 14 Dec 2022 i got a call form Platinum Services caller name Sajana ([protected]) she provide me their company Platinum Services Offer due to My Axis Bank Credit Card high Civil Scores. And i purchased their Platinum Services Kit 8890/- by their provided link (https://payu.in/invoice/526E73647430DB27D93FDE696397F84C7E7188F[protected]FAFB9...
But Due a project i went to go abroad by my company so that i nit be able to use their services so that i decide cancel my Courier and ask her(Sajana) to cancel to courier and refund my 8890- Rs. She doing arguments with me that you can not be cancel this like that you have to use it anyhow.
