First Cry — amount not refunded to bank account

I have ordered a baby swimming pool with air pump but received without air pump this is the 5th time am getting wrong items delivered all the time i keep on returning items i placed return but still my amount not credited to my bank account.. Very worst service by first cry always get cheated and wrong items sent.. Never believe. I also ordered play area for kid unfortunately i didn't receive the item on time hence cancelled it.. My order numbers are 6057007sns07ee459 and the other one is 6057007sns07ee459 for both i initiated the refund to my original payment method but not even a single mail or message stating they initiated and it's in progress.. Total amount that i need to be refunded is 2365.21
