First Cry Complaints & Reviews

I ordered pampers diapers of rs 1745- on 17/12/21 from first cry. Diapers I received are defective. They are leaking and not providing protection even for 2-3 hours. I talked to first cry but they are asking to talk to pampers customer care then What is the point of purchasing from first cry.
If I have purchased the product from first cry, it must provide resolution ie. either provide replacement or refund the amount. If I have purchased from first cry then first cry must refund my amount or provide replacement.

I placed the orders with next day delivery and as they were not delivered the ext day, I had to cancel them. But still, I was charged cancellation charges even when the onus of cancellation falls on firstcry. If they cant fulfil the promise, they should not mention it on the menu. Any customer will order based on the date given in the menu and he should get it delivered as per the date given

I have ordered a baby swimming pool with air pump but received without air pump this is the 5th time am getting wrong items delivered all the time i keep on returning items i placed return but still my amount not credited to my bank account.. Very worst service by first cry always get cheated and wrong items sent.. Never believe. I also ordered play area for kid unfortunately i didn't receive the item on time hence cancelled it.. my name is sunil kumar agarwal,i have ordered a NON CONTACT PEN INFRARED THERMOMETER on 17/01/2013 and i received my parcel on 21/01/2013,i found the product in perfect seal position but i was v.depressed when i start using the product and saw that its not working as the way it should work..
while measuring the body temperature it doesn't rise more than 36-37°F which should be more than 98.6°C(normal body temperature)
I dont want this product anymore and i want my money back,i would be v obliged and thankful if i get back my money..

This mail i send on 21 jan'2013 and in reply i got a mail that i can return the product and i will get back my money in 7 days..and then i returned back the product on 25th jan'2013 on the given address(digital age pvt ltd,pune),Now my problem is,it has been over one month but till now i dinn get back my money..
plz verify and return back my money as soon as possible

I ordered one product ( Order id - 223703MKD5582338 ) on 14th feb, & till now haven't dispatched from warehouse. It's already been 5 days. When i ordered this product guys promised to dispatch it within 24hours and to be delivered in 3-4 business days. I called many times at Customer Care No, but there was no positive response. Even though they don't know who to speak with customer. Now i want you to settle this asap and compensate for harrassment & failure in services.Now i want to take legal action to cheat & providing wrong information to the customer.

my name is sunil agarwal my mobile no is [protected].. i booked a product(non contact pen infrared thermometer) on firstcry.com,i received the product in 4 days..but the problem is,its the worst product i have ever buyed from online shopping..its sucks,its nt working well..the temp. it shows is in celcius and wen u convert it into fehrenheit it gives u wrong temperature...so the product is just waste of money..
please donn buy any kind of product from firstcry.com..
