First Flight Courier — CNSMT no C991Z2300784 get misplaced at delhi nehru place

With respect to my courier from Chennai to Delhi. It has been approx. one month but it is not deliver yet.

This courier has to deliver at following address:-

E-48/4, 1st Floor, Okhla Industrial Area Phase II, Delhi - 110020, Behind Nathu Sweets

As spoken in customer care came to know that the consignment number C991Z2300784 has been delivered wrongly at Nehru place.

Pls look in this case asap . Already It has been delayed by 1 Month. Pls launch complain for this asap.
