First Flight Courier — First flight courier not deliver the parcel since 16 days

I have one courier with first flight for last 16days, but they are not delivering the parcel and also not picking the call. From the tracker it's showing the parcel is moving from one location to other. I sent them 3 mails, but didn't get replay.
