First Flight Courier Ltd. — Not received the consignment on time

Dear sir, we have not received our consignment delivery on time which carries LR copy of the goods we are supposed to get delivery, as we face problems like delay in production, bad reputation from our client. this consignment was despatched on 12/12/2015 from delhi, hope so it will take maximum of 4 to 5 business days to deliver, when i'm contacting the customer care there is no any positive response from them. This service provider is not duly understood the urgency of the consignment supposed to be delivered.
