[Resolved]  First Flight Courier — Not delivered and they dont know where the product is

I have given my product for delivery on Nov 14th, and from that i am trying to track online where my product is and contacted Manager, he said may be it was misplaced, will try to know where the product is . but still Nov 21.he is still trying to know where it is, and when called they are talking rudely and now they are saying may be it was lost .
