Date of courier :12/10/2015
I have sent a courier from Delhi to Pune on above mentioned date which did not arrived on time and its been four days and their is no response about the same, as per the courier shop guy courier should be delivered with in 2 days but now its been 4 days and still the courier company is tracking the parcel which has been misplaced by them.

I spoke to many representative but they are not able to give any clarification about my parcel.
Kindly request you to look into this as its happening 2nd time with me that my parcel is misplaced and i want courier company to call me asap with explanation that where is my parcel.
This time i need the compensation for the same and an apology from the courier company because the parcel contain item which was valuable for me.
