First Flight Courier — Product not received but online status is showing delivered | |||||
My First Flight Consignment No. is E991B1195275. My spouse booked a parcel at Kolkata. It was then sent to the Saltlake, Kolkata hub. Yesterday when I checked online, the status showed delivered to some person named Chandan. I know no one named Chandan. Even I received no calls from them that they are going to hand over my parcel. They gave my parcel to some one I don't know without informing me. I've tried calling their Delhi, Kolkata, Noida, Gurgaon Hub, for 2hours no one answered.
