I am awaiting important document from Bank, as per Bank they handed over packet to courier on 27/12/14. but i have not yet received, while contacting the customer care unable to connect to their no. [protected]. when tried to dial in kondapur office [protected]/85-from last two days no one picking the phone, fortunately few time some one picking the phone and then hung up several times without answering.
