In this connection we would like to inform you that 18 days passed, we have regular follow-up to your Manager, Dhanbad region but correct information not yet received their end.
You are requested to please look in to the matter & deliver the consignment to Dhanbad Office at the earliest.

Courier delayed from channai to thane (maharashtra) within 1 month. very bad service of first flight. its very important document and i did not get courier. and i did not get any message from first flight.
