First Flight Couriers — COmplaint against foul language and no service

My company Vishal Engineering Enterprises had asked Mr. BS Ghogare from First flight courier services in Bhosari, Pune having Mobile no. +91 [protected] to pick up a parcel from my comapny for express courier to chennai as it was very important. But No one showed up to pick up the parcel till late night. When asked for the reason to Mr. Ghogare he said there was no 1 in the my company, knowing that my comapny is working 365 days 24*7. My company suffered a very big loss because of that. In the reply Mr. Ghogare is saying that my company is not giving him a big business so I will get service like this only. This is not the way to work in the service industry. I request you to take strict action against this, as my company has been suffered a huge loss because of this.
