Dear Sir/Madam,
On dated 27/07/2015, I couriered an item to New Delhi. But the item was not delivered and was returned to the initial location where the item was booked i.e. Silchar as the tracking service on the courier's website displayed. But I didn't receive the item and when asked over phone to one of the company's staff, he told me that the courier was lost on the way. And even after a no. of calls, I didn't get any satisfactory answer about the reimbursement.
So, I request you to kindly seek into this matter and help me to solve my problem.
The consignment no. of the courier is N[protected].
The courier receipt and the invoice of the product is attached.
