First Flight Couriers — Consignment delivered on wrong address | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am writing this mail after leaving no stones unturned. I have never ever seen such a worst courier as well as customer care service like first flight has. After calling them so many times to their customer care number, unfortunately I got connected only once (they don’t pick up the calls). I don’t know whether it’s a deliberate attempt to harass customers or it’s just some sort of extremely poor service that I am facing up. Coming back to my problem, my attorney sent me a courier (consignment no.: j991m3903913) on 9th February 2016 from Kanpur which is expected to deliver on 10th or may be 11th February 2016. Ever since then I was expecting my extremely important legal documents. After waiting till 11th February I checked on first flight portal and it was showing on 11th February 2016 package arrived at Mayur Vihar Phase -1 Branch and the same day it was out for delivery so I decided to wait for one more day. Due to weekend I thought I might get it on Monday but surprisingly after getting no response when I checked the portal on 15th February 2016 to know the exact status of my consignment I came to know that it was delivered on 11th February 2016. It was confirmed by first flights Mayur Vihar Phase – 1 branch executive that my package has been delivered on some wrong address (DPMI, new ashok nagar, Delhi). Rather than helping me out to retrieve my package he said, it is very difficult to get your packet back from there as the institute in which they have delivered the packet is flooded with posts due admission time. Just imagine what they are asking, they are asking me to forget my extremely important legal papers because one of their stupid executive delivered it on wrong address. Regarding this I conveyed my complaint through e-mail to the Senior Management (including Mr. O.P. Saboo (chairman & MD), Mr. R.K. Saboo (Deputy MD) & Mr. Sumant Jha (Sr. V.P., Delhi)) & Delhi region branch of first flight courier service but surprisingly after passing so many days I didn’t get any response from anywhere. First flight is literally making fools of their clients and handling their precious and important packages for granted. After going through so much of mentally agony and pain in this follow up process, I would like register my complaint here at this portal and seeking strict actions against first flight courier.
