My consignment not delivered on my address and this company not sharing any details with me. On first flight website its showing delivered and hand overs to mr. Rakesh but its fake. On any person available on my home and street on the name of mr. Rakesh. I m trying to get in touch with them on mail id and office address but office is closed and number coming switched off.

Its highly confidential govt. Documents. Please help to resolved the issue.

We have booked the consignment on 1-9-2017 from Madurai to Halol. But so far the consignment has not delivered and the status also not updated.Please check and revert the same.Matter urgent. No one picking up the phone.

The status are not updated in first flight website..Plz update the status after delivered the product.
