Very pathetic service from firstflight... I had sent important consignment (G991b1362528) from baroda, gujarat on 21st april 2018. It reached near to delivery address on 23rd april and still lying there. Very pathetic service...!! The pathetic staff has updated it as pending due to insufficient address though the address is perfect. I even spoke with the staff & they acknowledged the mistake, however denied the delivery by saying that thy do not have direct service to the mentioned address. Now, the worst part is that vadodara branch people claims the service at delivery address and the branch who is responsible for delivery denies it...!!! Great going first flight!!!
