First Flight Couriers — consignment not delivered - misleading online status | |||||
The consignment no. B991m0692360 was dispatched on 30th october from mumbai to patna and as per the online status the same reached the destination on 2nd november. We are still awaiting for the delivery and there is no information or revert from first flight. I tried calling the customer care no.[protected] multiple times but no response. No response till date. I am still waiting for the delivery. Multiple mails have been exchanged but sadly no resolution. Never surely going to use this pathetic service again. Is there a way to escalate this matter. Please help!
